By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any Galleon Sports service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you sign on behalf of a company or team, you must ensure that you have the required authorization.

Galleon Sports provides CMS capabilities, a visual editor, and related technical support. We may refine or add features according to the product roadmap, and we will announce material changes in advance in the console.

You are responsible for keeping submitted information accurate, safeguarding access credentials, and complying with applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the platform for unlawful distribution, malicious attacks, or conduct that infringes on the rights of others.

Galleon Sports owns all intellectual-property rights in the platform. You retain ownership of the content you upload and grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content only to the extent required to provide the service.

To the extent permitted by law, Galleon Sports is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. We make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and stability, while recognizing that uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed in every circumstance.

If Galleon Sports or its partners incur losses because you breach these terms, infringe third-party rights, or use the platform unlawfully, you agree to bear the corresponding indemnification responsibility.

If you breach these terms or create a security risk, we may suspend or permanently terminate the service. You may also request account closure at any time. After termination, related data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with the privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable resolution through consultation. Failing that, the matter may be brought before the court with jurisdiction over Galleon Sports' place of registration.

We may update these terms in response to business or legal needs and will provide advance notice through the console or by email. Continued use of the service after a material change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
